SCI-Arc 4th Year Construction Documents class taught by Pavel Getov and Kerenza Harris.  

My teammates and I designed a mixed-use office building located on Violet Street in the Arts District of Los Angeles. It is a 3-story structure and the program consists of retail and restaurants on the ground floor, offices on the second, and then residential on the top floor
along with occupiable roof space. 

This building works with cantilevering masses as well as a central courtyard in which we were able to use Revit BIM software to produce construction documents for. Through these set of construction document drawings, we responded to building codes and regulations and took into account aspects such as: building materials
and assemblies, envelope systems, financial considerations, business practices, legal responsibilities and project management.
